Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If
merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us
immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim
number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order, and
there are no returns after 30 days. Shipping charges will not be
refunded.
Fertility and feminine Product: Due to the nature of the products we sell,
returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund;
cellophane and original packaging intact and unopened. Temperature sensitive
items such as ovulation and pregnancy tests are not returnable. Under NO
circumstances are opened ClearPlan/ClearBlue products returnable,
nor are any oral use or vaginal use products. Should we accept a return
of the product, it is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All returns must receive a return authorization number before being sent
back to us. Returns made without such authorization will be returned at
your own expense. Your Return Authorization number must be placed on the
outside of the package, or your package will be refused.
We do our best to keep our pricing as low as possible, however we can
not make any price adjustments after 14 days from your date of purchase.
Please note that any orders cancelled after being processed by our bank
will be subject to a surcharge imposed by the bank.
Any promotions such as free pregnancy tests must be returned with
your order, or the value will be deducted at time of crediting.
Holidays
We Are Closed on all public holidays:

It is the manufacturers policy that any technical problems or defects in
your unit be handled through the manufacturer's representative.
Should the product be found defective. We
will promptly replace this unit for you, at no
cost to you, promptly.

Orders and payment received Monday through Friday, will be shipped out as
soon as possible. Should time be imperative, we ask that you email us in advance
or make a note on your order. Please also be aware that there are times when
Singapore Post experiences delays, and we advise that you leave a day cushion
in filling your needs.
Remember that SingPost does not include or count Saturday or Sunday and
Public Holidays in estimating delivery dates. Should you need Saturday
delivery, please contact us.
Normal Delivery & Registered Parcel: Approximately 3
working days.
**Note: This is applicable if we receive your order and payment, Monday through
Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday
Minimal delivery charge of $2.50 for Normal postal package/parcel that will be
delivered to your mailbox.
Minimal delivery charge of $4.50 for Registered postal
package/parcel that will be delivered to you house and you have to acknowledge
the delivery. Parcel has to be collected from the post office in the event that
no one is at home.
